Ron Mueck exhibit

As I promised before, I mentioned that I would fill you in on the Ron Mueck exhibit at the brooklyn museum. About a two weeks ago, I headed on over to the museum and after waiting in line for about and hour and a half I finally got in to see his work on the top floor. WOW! I was amazed at the level of detail all his sculptures consisted of. I first reacted to the scale of these sculptures. Some were GIGANTIC while others were miniature figures. His sculptures were eerily accurate where even the scale of the hair changed according the the size of the figure. I was extremely excited that I had the opportunity to see his work in person. The wait was definitely worth it!!!!! My personal favorite was the huge baby sculpture. This work was incredible!
